Refund policy
At Jeweled Petals,
We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Orders may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions within 7 days of delivery:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We reserve the right to decline returns at our discretion without stating a reason.
- Returns and exchanges are permitted only for size issues, incorrect products, or defective items.
- If the requested replacement size is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Product Condition Requirements
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A product opening video is mandatory for claims related to missing or damaged items.
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if the product is unused and the original tags are intact.
- We may request additional information or images to assess the return request.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product (based on availability), please contact us at jeweled.petals.store@gmail.com for assistance.
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Additional Guidelines
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- To avoid sizing issues, we recommend referring to the size chart available on each product page before placing an order.
- The reverse pickup cost will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
- Products purchased using a coupon code are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Exchange orders (items that have already been exchanged once) cannot be further exchanged, returned, or refunded.
- Orders with free products and clearance sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- If a discount was applied to the order, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
