1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
• Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days from the order date. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
• If your order is delayed beyond a week of the estimated delivery time, we will coordinate with our shipping partner and provide you with the latest updates.
2. Handling Damaged or Tampered Packages
• If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, soiled, or tampered with, do not accept it.
• We recommend taking a clear picture of the package and reporting it to immediately.
3. Reporting Missing or Defective Items
• A Package Opening Video is mandatory to report missing or defective items.
• If the required video proof is not provided, the request may be rejected. Therefore, we strongly encourage customers to record a package opening video upon receiving their order.
4. Responsibility & Resolution
• While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products correctly, errors may occasionally occur during transit.
• If you experience any issues with the delivery, we will coordinate with the third-party courier service to resolve the matter upon receiving a complaint from your side.
